Anytime Saloon is a brand owned and operated by E Digital Media Solutions.

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Anytime Saloon

Anytime Saloon is an on-demand salon-at-home service platform that connects customers with independent beauty and salon professionals for services at the customer's chosen location.

Anytime Saloon acts as a technology and service facilitation platform and does not itself provide salon or beauty services.

2. User Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• Use services only in selected serviceable areas.

3. Account Registration

To book services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities conducted through your account.

Anytime Saloon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information.

4. Services & Bookings

• Service availability depends on location, date, time, and professional availability.
• Booking confirmation is subject to acceptance by a service professional.
• Prices, service duration, and availability may vary.
• Anytime Saloon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to operational, safety, or unavoidable circumstances.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made using the payment methods available on the Platform.
• Anytime Saloon does not store credit/debit card details, UPI PINs, or banking information.
• Payments made for wallet recharge are considered advance platform credits and not direct service payments.
• All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by Anytime Saloon's Cancellation & Refund Policy available on the Platform.

Anytime Saloon reserves the right to:

• Apply cancellation charges.
• Modify refund eligibility.
• Refuse refunds in cases of misuse or policy violations.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a safe, hygienic, and suitable environment for services.
• Treat service professionals respectfully.
• Avoid abusive, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior.

Anytime Saloon reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban users for misconduct.

8. Service Professionals

Service professionals available on the Platform are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Anytime Saloon.

Anytime Saloon:

• Conducts basic verification checks.
• Is not responsible for the personal conduct, acts, or omissions of service professionals.

Any service-related issue should be reported promptly through customer support.

9. Platform Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Platform.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.
• Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of E Digital Media Solutions or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Anytime Saloon is not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.

Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Anytime Saloon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anytime Saloon and E Digital Media Solutions from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Wallet & Platform Credits

Anytime Saloon may provide a wallet facility for service professionals ("Handymen") to add funds to their account.

• Wallet balance is used solely for participation in bookings and platform-related charges such as commission deductions.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Anytime Saloon reserves the right to deduct applicable commission, penalties, or service charges from the wallet upon successful service completion.
• In case of disputes, Anytime Saloon's decision shall be final and binding.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

Anytime Saloon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• For violation of these Terms.
• For fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Without prior notice where legally required.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

17. Changes to Terms

Anytime Saloon may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and shall take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
